This are the steps to follow

Firstly your device must be rooted

Check our site to learn how to root any andriod phone

Secondly install xpose installer on you device

DOWNLOAD XPOSE INSTALLER HERE

After the installation open the application and click on firmware you will see install/update, click on it then grant xpose installer root access
Within a few seconds a pop will be shown that the installation is successful and you will be ask to allow xpose installer reboot your device, just press ok and your device will reboot once.

After that navigate to modules there you will see the xblast you installed earlier with a small box in front of it just tick the small box and after you click the small box roboot your device and xblast will be ready to perform all the actions mentioned before

Note : make sure you have already backup your device if you haven't before you start performing any action on xblast.

How to check your MTN, ETISALAT, GLO AIRTEL phone number

Sometimes as a mobile subscriber, you
need to know your mobile phone
number and you don't know it off head
or you simply forgot. The following
tutorial will give you quick tricks and
tips to achieve this is a few moments
for major Nigeria networks like Artel,
MTN, GLO and Etisalat.
The ultimate way to know your own
phone number in case you don't know
it or you forgot it is to CALL ANOTHER
LINE or PERSON, provided you have
airtime call credit. Your number will
display as the caller. But if you don't
have airtime credit balance, the rest of
the tutorial will help you.

1. Airtel
To check and know your own mobile
phone number on Air tel Nigeria,
simply dial *121# and follow the
onscreen instruction.
Select 1, and send for My Account
option. Then the next screen, select 1
and send as My Number option, and
snap! Your screen displays your own
mobile number.

2. MTN
There are many ways out here. One,
dial *123# and follow onscreen guide.
Respond with option 1 and send to
select My tools option. Then select
option 5 in My Tools to demand for My
Number. And snap! Your own mobile
number is displayed on your screen.
One other method is to simply send a
call me back SMS to a nearby MTN
subscriber, as you don't have airtime
credit to call.

3. GLO
Simply dial *135*8# and you see your
number displayed on your screen.

4. Etisalat
Simply dial *248# and your number

How to flash a custom recovery on any andriod phone

You have to flash a custom recovery img on your phone if you wish to extend the Android experience. You can flash the custom recovery with or without using a PC. As a samsung user mostly I use Odin to flash a new recovery but, it is not possible keep a PC everywhere we travels. So sometimes we need an alternate solution.

There are many apps available in the Google Play Store which helps to install a custom recovery without PC but, I prefer Flashify. Flashify is a must have tool for every android root user which, comes with a clean hole UI and bunch of flash and backup options. I am not going to review the app...In this post you will learn a simple steps on how to flash CWM custom recovery image using Flashify.

Requirement:
- Android 2.3 and up
- Root Permission

Install CMW  Custom Recovery Without PC

1. Download Flashify - here

2. Download your favorite custom recovery .img file for your device
CWM ( Clockworkmod ) here

**If you downloaded the recovery using PC...copy it to your internal or external storage.

3. Open Flashify app... Accept disclaimer and Grant permission on popup

4. In FLASH tab tap on Recovery Image and browse / select the downloaded recovery .img file using flashify explorer.

5. Now the app will popup a confirm Flash recovery? dialog.

6. Finally Tap on Yup! and wait.

That's it....After successful installation it will popup a Flash Complete dialog.....Choose Reboot now if you wish to boot into recovery or Exit app.

How to Create and Restore Nandroid Backup for Rooted Android Phones

Creating nandriod backup

There are many ways to backup an Android phone, but if you were to ask me about the best way for a rooted Android device, without any second thoughts I would suggest the Nandroid backup.

Nandroid backup is not like other backups that create different backup files for distinct settings. It creates a mirror image of the current state of your ROM to an image file that includes everything and when you restore it, every tiny detail (like > call records and widgets) will be restored to your phone.

Note: The device should be rooted and must have a custom recovery installed in order to create a Nandroid backup.

Creating Nandroid Backup
Step 1: Boot into recovery mode and after the ClockworkMod recovery is loaded, open backup and restore from the list of options provided on the main menu.

Step 2: Again select backup from the Nandroid backup sub-menu to start the backup process.

Step 3: The recovery will then calculate the free space available on your device and start the process if sufficient space is available.

The process may take some time depending upon the size of your ROM. After the backup is successfully created, you will be taken back to the CWM home screen.

Restoring Nandroid backup

When you wish to restore the Nandroid backup, just select the restore option from the Nandroid sub-menu in the recovery. If there’s more than one Nandroid backup saved on your device, the phone will prompt you about the multiple image files present, and that you can select one of them to restore.

That’s all, Nandroid backup is one of the most easiest and effective backup mechanisms one can get for a rooted Android device. Always remember to take a Nandroid backup before you consider doing some major changes on your Android.
